I use a program or I am the owner of a program that is not included. How can I get it added?

Please contact us and let us know which program you want us to add. Usually it takes 1-2 weeks until a program is added.

NOTE: If you are an affiliate of a partnership program that uses CCBill, Epoch, iBill, Jettis, etc. you can already use our software to check your stats.




I have security concerns. Are my user names and passwords safe?

When using our software your personal login details and numbers of the supported affiliate programs and pay per click search engines are stored encrypted on your hard drive. We do not have access to your personal login details and numbers at any time. Before StatsRemote checks your stats the software will connect to our server in order to check whether you are authorized to use the software. No information except the StatsRemote username and password is sent to our server at any time.

You can verify this yourself by using a network monitor which analyzes all network activity.




I installed StatsRemote on my machine but it does not work. What can I do?

There are many factors that can cause the software not to run on your machine.

1.You don't use a Microsoft OS or you don't have Microsoft Virtual Machine for Java installed. Please check the System Requirements for more info.

2.You entered the wrong login details of StatsRemote or the programs you use. Please double check all login infos.

3.You are not connected to the Internet. StatsRemote only works if you are online. Please connect to the Internet and try again.

If it still does not work please contact us and tell us exactly what the problem is. We will get back to you ASAP.




I do not use a Microsoft OS. Can I use StatsRemote?

Sorry, but we only support Microsoft Operating Systems.

Why do you charge a recurring fee?

Maintaining the database of StatsRemote is very time-consuming. Every week quite a few of the supported programs change their stats and we need to update StatsRemote constantly. Also, we add new programs weekly. If you request a new program it is usually added within 1-2 weeks.




Is it possible to open Firefox or Opera when I click on a program in StatsRemote?

No, only Internet Explorer supports the automatic login to the stats.




I set the time interval for all program to one hour, but some programs are only checked every four hours?

A few programs are only checked every four hours even if you set the time interval to one hour. We had to do this because these companies blocked the IP's of quite a few of our members in the past.




Why are there different 'Last Update' times in the software?

We always use the same times as the programs. Some use PST while others use EST or MST.




Why does StatsRemote show no historical data for some programs?

This is because some programs do not provide a stats history.




Why does StatsRemote show no hits for some programs?

This is because some programs do not provide hits.




How can StatsRemote show raw hits of programs that only provide uniques?

If an affiliate program only provides raw hits we calculate the unique hits with a percentage of 80% and the other way around. For ppc search engines we always use the same numbers for raw and unique hits.
