How do I set up sounds for new sales or rebills?

Select 'Tools > Options' and go to the 'Sounds' tab. Here you can select different sounds for new sales, rebills, email-sales, credits and chargebacks.

We support the following formats: wav, aif and au. We do not support mp3 files! Please note: Some wav files are actually mp3 files, so if you choose a wav file and you don't hear a sound, it's probably not a real wav file. In this case please choose a different file.



When you're finished click 'OK'.
